{"id":8302,"date":"2019-09-25T11:47:00","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T17:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soy.usac.edu.gt\/?p=8302"},"modified":"2019-09-25T11:59:57","modified_gmt":"2019-09-25T17:59:57","slug":"capacitan-a-personal-en-la-elaboracion-y-uso-de-manuales-administrativos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/soy.usac.edu.gt\/?p=8302","title":{"rendered":"Capacitan a personal en la elaboraci\u00f3n y uso de manuales administrativos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><i>La Divisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Organizacional (DDO) llev\u00f3 a cabo una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la importancia de los manuales administrativos.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy se realiz\u00f3, en el Aula Magna Igl\u00fa, una capacitaci\u00f3n dirigida a trabajadores de todas las unidades acad\u00e9micas y administrativas de la universidad, sobre la importancia de la elaboraci\u00f3n de manuales de organizaci\u00f3n, normas y procedimientos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl evento tiene como fin \u00a0reforzar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma de la Contralor\u00eda General de Cuentas que indica que la universidad debe contar con este tipo de manuales. Se realiza esta capacitaci\u00f3n para \u00a0evitar las sanciones administrativas por el incumplimiento de la norma\u201d, explica Shirly de Conde, coordinadora de la DDO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el evento fue impartida la conferencia \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La importancia de los manuales administrativos\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0por el docente de la Facultad de Econom\u00eda Eduardo de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez, quien dijo que los manuales son una gu\u00eda que pretende facilitar la actuaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones a cualquier nivel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, Alejandrina de Garc\u00eda abord\u00f3 la tem\u00e1tica de elaboraci\u00f3n de manuales, mientras que Augusto G\u00f3mez convers\u00f3 sobre los manuales de procedimientos y Walter Garc\u00eda expuso un caso pr\u00e1ctico sobre el tema. DDO<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es el ente encargado de realizar estudios, investigaciones e intervenciones en el \u00e1mbito de desarrollo organizacional, as\u00ed como proporcionar asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica a las dependencias de la USAC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
